Scott and Judith provided a warm welcome, and I appreciated the meticulous attention to cleanliness in my Double Room. The breakfast was delicious, delivered right on time and freshly prepared.
Shower space could be improved.

Hosts Scott and Judith are very cute. The bathroom in our twin room was a bit cramped.

The staff all were very helpful and hospiable, the breakfast was English traditional and very tasty. The Hotel was family orientated, really welcoming and cosy. We were free to use the garden and lounge at flexible times.
Only one negative comment is having my bedroom on the top floor with the baby, but it was good exercise.

We really liked Highlea hotel. We went for a weekend break and choose this hotel since it was a reasonable price and close to the sea. The staff was really friendly and the rooms very clean. Furthermore the breakfast was cooked to order and great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a lovely time, right by the seafront! Judith and Scott were amazing hosts, making us feel like family. The breakfast was spot on, delivered right to our room. Just a tad cramped in our twin room, but overall a top-notch stay!

The food is good and the rooms fine, if a little dated. I would recommend the hotel.
There were problems with the extractor fan in the bathroom. Fluff from the fan was blown into the room. There was also a small leak from the shower. I pointed out both problems. Hopefully it won’t be an issue for future guests. The shower was also rather small.

The rooms are dog friendly, a plus if you enjoy barking at night. The shower was a disaster, no shelf, what are we supposed to do, juggle our shampoos? I had to ask for a complimentary upgrade due to these inconveniences, but, shockingly, no one cared. Just couldn't give it a good review.

I liked that as soon as I got there it was bright and sunny and I could tell it was very clean.
My room was to small and a strange l shape, we are a married couple and we couldn't even see each other from our single beds! And also the walls are very thin, I could hear conversations with people in other rooms!! This was ok for a weekend, but not for much longer.

Its location was beautiful, just next door to the pier and the town centre, Weston-super-Mare and the town centre. Truly enjoyed staying here, my room was good sized and functional and had Netflix and coffee.
